If you want to know more about my history on HF Band - please Look here

  I made my first antenna for 144 MHz in 2003 year - only 4 elements yagi , in also in 2003 year I made 11 el DL6WU (optimize by ex 4K6D - UA3WM)

My old 11el DL6WU

I added 2 elements and mounted new rotor G-800 in 2006 year

My XYL helped me set up new antenna

5,7 GHz

Home made XVTR 5760

IF freq 1260 MHz , LO 4500 MHz ( Use TXCO 100 MHz x 45 )

I use modification PA "TERRASAT", power about 5 W in 5760 MHz

LNA : 1 stage ATF36077

ANT : 55 cm dish with rectangular horn feed

10 GHz :

Home made XVTR-KIT 10G2 by DB6NT with some modification

IF freq 144 MHz , LO 10224 MHz

Home made PA for 10 GHz , power about 4 W

LNA : LNA from SAT converter , also home made MGF4919G

ANT : 55 cm dish with rectangular horn feed

In January 2005 I made my first PA for 144 MHz , before i made many PA for HF , but for VHF this was my first PA experiment after PA with small power 60W with transistor KT931 ( I had first MS and EME QSOs with power only 60 W).

Ua =1800-2000-2200 V
Ia =400-450 mA
Ig= 50 mA
P =300 - 400 - 450 W (for different conditions of lamps GI-70BT)

Copper box

In 2008 year I made new PA , tube with GS-35b and driver with RA60H1317M .

In 2004 year i made my first transverter for 144 MHz to 28 Mhz , in 2005 year i made new transverter with modern mixer MiniCircuits SYM-18H 17dbm LO , MAV11 and high level amplifiers by BFG541 .

In this construction has been used 2 helical filter and new PA module RA13H1317M . TXCO LO 116 MHz Nf -140 db/10khz . This circuit you can see in 144 XVTR

In 2005 year i made my transverters for 432 and 1296 MHz . Look here : 432 XVTR

PA with 2xRA18H1213G, , power about 100 W , 13,8 V from S-350-12 MeanWell .

I used this PA about 10 year (all Field day and SHF contest), now RA9FOR used this PA

PA mounted in dish 1296 MHz (Fieldday 2009)

In 2008 year i started project with 4 module RA18H1213G (power supply SE-600-12), this project was for RK3WWA, power about 200 W

My equipment : Old Transceiver ICOM-745 and IC910H + DSP filter TimeWave DSP-59+

Two Channel Shack

Audio/PTT/Remoute Integrator

- Independent Two Audio Amplifier - K174UN31 (KA2209,TDA2822M)

- Splitter PTT for 3 independent line

- Isolation between two sound cards and 4 independent radios

- Filter for reduction pulse QRM and noise from supply line

In 2008 year i assembled 10G2 transverter-KIT by DB6NT, for more info look here ...

Easy solder SMD and fast alignment :

"Home" for heater QH40A (now i use external TXCO 116 MHz)

Home made XVTR for 5760 MHz ( IF 1260 MHz / LO 4500 MHz), for more info look here ...
